Who we are
This site and the matching service described below are operated by SEV Services, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Atlanta Trailer Leasing," "we," "us," or "our"). Atlanta Trailer Leasing is a free matching service that connects businesses with dry van, reefer, and flatbed trailer rental and leasing providers. We are not a trailer rental or leasing company ourselves — we don't own, maintain, or operate any trailers. That work is performed by the independent provider matched to your request, under a separate arrangement between you and that provider.
Requesting a quote
There is no cost or obligation to submit a quote request through this site. Submitting a request does not create a contract with Atlanta Trailer Leasing for trailer rental or leasing — it authorizes us to share your submitted information with a matched provider so they can contact you directly. Any agreement for a trailer rental or lease is between you and that provider, not with Atlanta Trailer Leasing.
No guarantee of a match
We work to match every request with a provider, but availability varies by trailer type and timeline, and we can't guarantee a match is available for every request at the time you submit it.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to submit false information, to submit requests on behalf of a business you're not authorized to represent, or to interfere with the normal operation of the site (including automated scraping or bulk form submissions).
Limitation of liability
The site and matching service are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Atlanta Trailer Leasing isn't liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of any matched provider, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or a resulting rental/lease arrangement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this address.
