Who we are
Atlanta Trailer Leasing is operated by SEV Services, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Atlanta Trailer Leasing," "we," "us," or "our"). We are a matching service, not a trailer rental or leasing company — we do not own, rent, or lease trailers ourselves. When you submit a quote request through this site, we pass your information to a matched dry van, reefer, or flatbed rental/leasing provider so they can contact you directly.
Information we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect what you provide directly: company name, contact name, email address, phone number, trailer type, engagement type (rent or lease), quantity, and timeline. We don't collect payment information — there's never a cost to submit a request.
Like most websites, we also collect standard technical information automatically (browser type, pages visited) through basic site analytics, used only to understand how the site is used and to keep it working correctly.
How we use it
- To match your request with a rental/leasing provider and share your submission with them so they can contact you.
- To follow up with you about your request if needed.
Who we share it with
We share the information in your request with the specific provider matched to your request — that's the core of how the service works, and submitting a request means you're consenting to that. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain request information for as long as needed to complete the match, and for a reasonable period after in case of a service issue. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
