1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT

All trailer rentals must be reserved and paid for in advance through the Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC website. Payment for the full term of the rental is required at the time of reservation as a part of the booking process.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

- You are at least 18 years of age.

- The payment information provided is valid and belongs to you.

- You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

- You understand that your reservation is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and the completed rental agreement and all required documentation have been received by Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC.

Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation at its discretion and will issue a full refund in the event of cancellation by the company.

2. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable security deposit equal to one day's rental rate is required at the time of booking and will be collected along with your rental payment. This deposit is held to cover any damage, excessive cleaning, or other charges that may arise during the rental period.

Upon return of the trailer, the condition of the trailer will be inspected and documented in your rental file. If no damage or other chargeable issues are noted, the full deposit amount will be refunded to you. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the refunded amount to be deposited back into your account, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

If damage, excessive dirt, missing components, or other chargeable conditions are identified at the time of return, Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC reserves the right to apply all or a portion of the deposit toward the cost of repair, cleaning, or replacement. Any costs exceeding the deposit amount remain the financial responsibility of the renter.

3. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Prior to receiving your trailer, you are required to provide the following documents. Failure to provide any of these items will result in denial of trailer pickup without refund.

a. Completed Rental Agreement

A rental agreement will be emailed to you following your payment. You must complete and sign this agreement and return it to Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC before your scheduled pickup date. The rental agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC. The name on the rental agreement must match the name on your driver's license and auto insurance exactly.

b. Valid Government-Issued Driver's License

You must provide a clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued driver's license. The license must:

- Be current and not expired at the time of rental.

- Show the same full legal name as listed on the rental agreement and auto insurance policy.

- Be valid in the state in which it was issued.

Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC reserves the right to refuse rental if the license presented does not meet these requirements or if the name does not match the other required documents.

c. Proof of Auto Insurance

You must provide proof of valid automobile insurance that will cover the towing vehicle during the rental period. Your insurance documentation must show:

- The policyholder's full legal name matching the name on the rental agreement and driver's license exactly.

- Active policy dates covering the full rental period.

- Liability coverage meeting Georgia state minimum requirements.

IMPORTANT -- NAME MATCHING REQUIREMENT: The full legal name appearing on your rental agreement, your government-issued driver's license, and your automobile insurance policy must all match exactly. Trailers will not be released if there is a discrepancy in names across any of these three documents.

Note: Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC strongly recommends verifying with your insurance provider that your policy covers the use of a rented trailer and any associated liability. Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC does not provide insurance coverage for renters.

4. RENTER ELIGIBILITY & RESPONSIBILITIES

To rent a trailer from Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC, you must:

- Be 18 years of age or older.

- Hold a valid driver's license with an appropriate class for towing a trailer.

- Have a towing vehicle with an appropriate hitch, wiring harness, and towing capacity for the trailer you are renting.

- Operate the trailer in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The renter is solely responsible for ensuring that their towing vehicle is properly equipped and legally permitted to tow the rented trailer. Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC assumes no liability for damage to the renter's vehicle arising from improper towing setup.

5. PERMITTED & PROHIBITED USE

Trailers rented from Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC are for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Permitted uses include the transport of lawful household goods, equipment, and materials.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

- Transport of hazardous, flammable, toxic, explosive, or illegal materials.

- Transport of live animals.

- Use of the trailer for any commercial purpose not explicitly authorized in writing.

- Subleasing or lending the trailer to any third party not named in the rental agreement.

- Towing the trailer outside of the continental United States.

- Overloading the trailer beyond its stated weight capacity.

- Modifying, altering, or tampering with the trailer in any way.

Any violation of permitted use may result in immediate termination of the rental, forfeiture of all fees paid, and liability for any resulting damages.

6. DAMAGE, LOSS & LIABILITY

The renter assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the trailer occurring during the rental period, including but not limited to:

- Physical damage from collision, impact, or accident.

- Damage resulting from improper loading or securing of cargo.

- Theft or loss of the trailer or any components.

- Damage to third-party property or persons caused by the use of the trailer.

The renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of the renter's use of the trailer.

The renter must report any damage, accident, or theft to Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC immediately and, where applicable, file a police report and provide a copy to Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC within 24 hours of the incident.

7. TRAILER RETURN POLICY

The trailer must be returned by the date and time specified in your rental agreement. Late returns may be subject to additional daily rental fees. The trailer must be returned:

- Clean and free of debris, dirt, and cargo.

- In the same condition as received, normal wear excepted.

- With all components intact, including ramps, chains, straps, and lighting if applicable.

Failure to return the trailer within 24 hours of the agreed return time without prior written authorization from Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC may be considered theft and reported to law enforcement.

8. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC via email. The following cancellation policy applies:

- Cancellations made 24 or more hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup will result in a retention of one day's rental rate, with the remaining balance refunded.

- No-shows are non-refundable, including the security deposit.

Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the rental of a trailer from Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Georgia.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal legal proceedings. In the event a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

10. PRIVACY & DATA USE

Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC collects personal information including your name, contact details, driver's license information, and payment details solely for the purpose of processing your rental and communicating with you about your reservation. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to process payments.

By submitting payment and required documentation, you consent to Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC retaining your information for the duration required by applicable Georgia law.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will apply to all reservations made after the effective date of the update. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By submitting my information, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the foregoing Terms & Conditions of Atlanta Trailer Leasing LLC. I further acknowledge that I will complete and return the Rental Agreement, provide a copy of my valid driver's license, and provide proof of valid automobile insurance prior to trailer pickup. I understand that the name on all three documents must match exactly, and that a refundable security deposit equal to one day's rental rate has been collected with my payment and will be returned within five business days following a damage-free return of the trailer.
